MS Customs Digital operates web applications and digital tools including LiveCart SG. We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
Depending on the product, this may include account information, product and order information, Facebook Page identifiers and customer interaction data, payment proof images voluntarily uploaded by customers, and basic technical information required to operate the service.
Information is used to provide application functionality, process orders, support seller workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot problems and improve the service.
Our products may use infrastructure and services such as Netlify, Supabase and Meta platforms. Those services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
LiveCart SG does not process card payments. Where manual PayNow is used, customers pay directly to the seller and may optionally upload payment proof for the seller to review.
Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service and applicable obligations. Users may request deletion using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
